I’ve been in love with the written word for as long as I can remember, from the briefest words of a headline to the fluid narrative of long copy.

In 2010, I joined Cossette and set out to create a clearer, more member-focused voice for Aeroplan. Luckily, immersing myself in a national account’s complex business reality and strategic positioning is a passion.

Other excellent experiences included style writing for Simons, food writing for Liberté, health writing for Accu-Chek and a brand manifesto for Cossette itself.

In 2004, I started out at Marketel as a waitress-turned-junior-copywriter, later becoming lead writer on L’Oréal Paris. It gave me prolific writing opportunities and an excellent foundation in studio management, talent direction and story editing.

I also spent considerable time on Air Canada, a great study in the volume and time-sensitive demands of a national account. And I logged many pleasurable hours of French-to-English adaptation for various clients, a writing practice I still enjoy today.
